IMPORTANT: Artists in each medium accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until all slots are full. Don't delay - submit your application today!

ARTIST AGREEMENT

If selected as a featured still life artist in this event, I agree to the following rules:

• Artist agrees to submit original work featuring the following primary subjects:

  • Must include: at least (1) apple 

  • Pears may also be primary featured fruit.

  • Other fruits may supplement. 

  • Apple cider/white wine may be included within the work

• Artists may submit a maximum of (1) items.

• Items may be framed or submitted without on original canvas, but must have hanging wire or other attached.

• Completed paintings must be submitted on WEDNESDAY APRIL 22, 2026 with event organizers at a designated location within a specified time frame (TBA).

• Artist gives C9 Scenes permission to share digital images of artist work, rights to reprint work with artist signature in other formats for future marketing and promotional materials, merchandise sales. Artist will receive compensation from any merchandise sales from reprinted work. Exact rates TBD based on print sizes and quantities. 

• REVENUE SHARE OF ORGINAL ART SALES: Artist agrees to receive 70% of net revenue from original artwork sold at event. Artist can set price for each item submitted.

• Artist agrees to a minimum (30 day) gallery showing and extended sale period at Scion Cider following the event for unsold items.

• Alternately, artist may opt-in to additional showings at participating neighborhood locations within 90 days following event. Unsold works will be returned to artists after 90 days.
