The Central 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City is a diverse and vibrant pocket of locally owned award winning restaurants, bars, coffee shops & small businesses mixed with walkable residential areas and public spaces, including the 9 Line Trail along Harvey Milk Boulevard (900 South) and the Mead Up Underpass project.

C9 SCENES is an open showcase event for amateur to professional photographers & artists to capture indoor and outdoor community scenes from within the Central 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City.​
